Dispatch and Delivery Times
- Pre-made items: Processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
- Made-to-order & custom items: Designed and handcrafted within 3-4 working days prior to dispatch.
Shipping Rates (UK)
- Free UK Delivery: On all orders over £50
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): £1.99, estimated 2-4 working days
- Tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked): £2.50, estimated 2-4 working days with tracking
Returns Policy
- Standard Orders: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Custom & Personalised Orders: Due to their bespoke nature, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item/items that are damaged so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
